Encompass Roofing & Waterproofing in Charlotte, NC, is under new management. David Brackett and Frank Shackelford have moved into the company's leadership roles.

They each bring an extensive amount of leadership and commercial roofing experience to the company. They were brought on in hopes of increasing Encompass Roofing & Waterproofing's volume.
