Commercial Roofing Executive/Company President at:
Summary of Position: The Company President oversees all facets of the business at the Greenville, SC location including but not limited to sales, estimating, service, safety, and human resources. The Company President is ultimately accountable for the profit and/or loss that occurs at their location. It is essential that Company Presidents understand and follow all safety policies of Bulldog Group, Inc., by ensuring that they understand the logistics and how the policies will affect each individual job they bid.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Set, assess, and meet time-based, measurable revenue and profit goals;

Ensure bids have enough money in them to cover OH & P necessary to sustain the business;

Drive safety initiatives at Greenville location and ensure that all laws, standards, and company policies regarding safety are being followed daily;

Review of contracts and contract negotiation with general contractors and/or building owners;

Complete and submit work in progress reports to accounting department on a monthly basis;

Create and nurture relationships with potential and current customers;

Project the human capital needs for Greenville location and plan future needs according to work under contract, work in progress, and company goals;

Manage human capital at the Greenville location by ensuring employees are treated with fairness and consistency;

Effectively communicate with other departments, co-workers, and employees.
Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

Company President must possess a valid driver’s license.

High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.

Previous commercial roofing executive management experience preferred.

Thorough understanding of commercial roofing system design and installation, code compliance, and manufacturers requirements for warranty.

Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills are imperative in this position.

Company Presidents must have the ability to safely ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and/or stairs on an occasional basis.

The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

A motor vehicle report will be run annually.
